Hello everybody.
I'm Sven Friedrich - personal trainer from Heidelberg, Germany. My job is to help people - help them to feel better, to look better to motivate them to any goal.

Is is even possible? Yes, it is! Somebody needs some "kick in the ass" to get themselves to work. Doesn't matter that it is business, regular work or workout in gym. I have skills to put anyone together.
